Suvarna Sanchay Yojana (SSY) — Terms & Conditions

  1. Scheme Nature: Suvarna Sanchay is a structured gold accumulation scheme. Gold is booked periodically at daily bullion rates and redeemed exclusively in the form of 22K BIS Hallmarked Jewellery. This is a physical ornament scheme and cannot be cashed out.
  2. Tenure & Installments: The standard plan spans 10 monthly installments. Maturity and jewellery redemption occur in the 11th month following successful completion of all payments.
  3. Gold Booking Rate: For each installment, gold grams are calculated and locked at the prevailing store rate on the date the payment is captured. Rate bookings are final and irreversible.
  4. Redemption & Making Charges: At redemption, accumulated gold is applied towards the customer's choice of 22K hallmarked jewellery. The customer is charged a flat promotional making charge of only 7.99% on jewellery value plus applicable statutory GST.
  5. Payment Modes: Installments can be paid seamlessly via Razorpay UPI AutoPay, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash counter deposits at Shubham Jewellers showroom.
  6. Statutory Compliance: In accordance with applicable precious metals and consumer standards, all customer payments correspond directly to pure physical gold securely held in trust. KYC verification (Aadhaar/PAN) may be requested as mandated by government regulations.

Gold Daily Savings (GDS) — Terms & Conditions

  1. Micro-Savings Structure: Gold Daily Savings (GDS) enables daily systematic micro-investments starting from ₹100/day. Payments are automated via NPCI e-Mandate / UPI AutoPay.
  2. Real-Time Credit: Daily contributions are converted into physical gold grams based on the day's live 22K bullion rate published on the platform and credited to your digital vault passbook.
  3. Pause & Cancellation: Customers can pause or cancel their active AutoPay mandate directly from their UPI banking application or the Suvarna Sanchay mobile app at any time without penal forfeiture.
  4. Physical Delivery & Conversion: The accumulated gold grams may be converted into physical gold coins, silver articles, or customized hallmarked jewellery at Shubham Jewellers showroom upon verification.

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Shubham Jewellers and Suvarna Sanchay are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your personal and financial information.

  • Information Collected: Name, registered mobile number, email address, address details, and payment transaction metadata necessary for regulatory compliance and invoice generation.
  • Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay). We do NOT store your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data with advertising agencies or third-party marketers. Data is utilized strictly for scheme administration and transactional notifications.
  • Data Encryption: All communications between your mobile device and our cloud servers are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols.
